Don't Skip Over This!!!!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11768)

I'm always trying to keep things fresh with my class. Always challenging them and they always seem to be up to the task. Here's one that got them going:

Facing front, feet hips width apart, knees soft, and guard up (but of course).

In this position now add 2 left knees

Immediately start with the left side.....

In this position now add 2 knees left.

If you really want to "get off", drop the knee lifts and just focus on the punches to the corners. With the right music this is a kickass move.

It can be very confusing but start off slow and EVERYONE will get!!!! If you use it, I'd like to hear from you and how it went.
