Kick aerobics

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11770)

Combo 1:

Other side

Combo 2:

Other side

Side kick variation:
start with regular side kicks to one side, then take it to- low and high with two marches (4 counts)

Jab variation:
jab it corner to corner at tempo (4 counts front and back), then take it faster (so it's 2 counts front and back)

Knee variation:
start with 3 knees right and left foot taps back, then it's 1 knee and two front kicks right, then 1 knee, 1 front kick and one hitch kick (left knee comes up and right legs kicks front- in the air) that one really gets the heart rate up!
