This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11778)

This is a pretty basic sculpting workout but it gets the job done and isn't boring. I taught it this morning and it took a little over an hour you can modify if needed whereever you want.

Part 1-you will need- incline step, weights

Repeat all x 2

Part 2-you will need step, exertube, weights

Repeat all x 2

Part 3 you will need- floor, well that is it! haha

Maybe someone can use this one....we got pretty sweaty and it felt like a good workout without having too much joint stress.
