Killer Lunges

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11780)

Increase the height of the bench and perform 12 lunges with kicks each side. Start with the right leg, finish 12 reps and then move onto the left leg and finish off with 12 reps. Repeat as neccesary.
