Feeling The Burn?!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11786)

This is my first entry so I hope you understand it and like it. It's my personal favorite!!

Start with a staggered right stance. Jab to the front (8), pivot to the right...jab (8). Pivot to the front...jab (4), pivot right (4) 2x. Continue with doubles (2 and 2)...front and right 4x and singles (1 and 1)...front and right 8x. After last single jab to the right, hold front stance and still continuing with the right arm only, fast jabs to the front (8). Keeping front stance, fast jabs to the right (8). Countdown... front and right (4 and 4) 2x, doubles (2 and 2) front and right 4x and the final killer... singles (1 and 1) front and right FOUR SETS OF 8.

By this time they'll do whatever you ask as long as you promise to stop the burn. So I get them to count down (nice and loud...or else!) the last eight jabs (on the right that is). Repeat on the left.
