This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11805)

I love to use a few tricks to spice up the same squats

Repeat 3 times


Repeat with the half squat sequence and then repeat the standing basic lunge with the right foot and end with the foot tapping.

You can add in different squat and lunge combos to give a more comprehensive lower body workout.

For some reason, my students toe tapping gets a little hazy after a few sequences though :)
