Kick, strike and cross combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11809)

Start with having the class do a right front kick and a left side kick. Here's the break down:

Repeat this for 32 counts so the class can get used to it, then change it to the left side. Next, you will have them go to this:

Then you will repeat this to the left and run through this twice to get your full 32 counts.

This should be very easy to teach beginners.
