Scissor Boxing
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 11828)
This is one of my favorites in final combo form. It's one
count for every move.
Position: Stand in a boxer's stance - left leg behind, right
leg in front.
Combo
- Jab right twice (1-2), cross left once (3-4)
- Hook right twice (5-6), upper cut left once (7-8)
- Hop twice forward and twice back with right leg still in
front (9-12)
- Jump to scissors legs single single double starting with
left leg in front (13-16). You should end with left leg
in front.
- Repeat boxing combo with left leg in front.
Note: The scissors is here is used as a transition move to
switch to the other side. When doing the scissors really jump
and twist so that your body is facing the side and not front.
Just imagine you're Michelle Yeoh of Crouching Tiger fame :)
Any questions, feel free to email me. Great website by the
way!
