This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11836)

Hi Everyone.

Combo 1

Repeat a few times,and change to:

Repeat left

Repeat this and add below on after single lunges:

Repeat this

Now add the following on after the pulse for 3 lunges:

Repeat

Add on:

Now the whole thing looks like this:

Complete combo 64 counts

Repeat to the left

Hope I explained that alright. I've found it works well for me. You can add other things on to make it longer i.e. power squats, calf raises, squat and lift leg to side and so on. Hope this can be of use to someone.
