Interesting double knee repeater

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 11838)

32 count self-reversing, horizontal bench, start with right lead

Repeat with left lead.

*Variation for the slow V-step: do the slow V, down down, but when coming back up face the back of the room, then do the 2 lunges but while doing the 2nd one, push off from the ball of the foot and turn your body to face the front of the room again and do the last lunge from the back of the bench then exit. It can be confusing knowing which way to turn yourself but you keep turning in the same direction, so if you start a counterclockwise turn on the up up move, keep that same direction when you turn to perform the last lunge. The footwork remains the same whether you do it as posted above or with the variation.
