Four Riders Imagery

Here's another imagery drill to help your class get up the last LONG hill of the day.

Start up the hill.

First steep part of the hill. Close your eyes. Think of the one person in your life who represents MOTIVATION. What are they telling you to help you get up the hill? Put them on the bike next to you. Gear up and take them to the top.

Second steep part of the hill. Close your eyes. Think of the one person in your life who represents COURAGE. Why? Put them on the bike next to you. Feel their courage. Gear up and take them to the top.

Third steep part of the hill. Close your eyes. Think of the one person in your life who represents STUBBORNESS. What do you think they are saying on this hill. Put them on the bike next to you. Tell them - you can do it, you can do it. Gear up and take them to the top.

Last steep part of the hill. Close your eyes. Think of the one person in your life who represents HAPPINESS. How do they make you feel? Put them on the bike next to you. How will you feel when you both make it to the top of the hill? Gear up and GO!

You have Motivation, Courage, Stubborness, and Happiness with you. Feel their energy.... You can do it.... Feel strong....Get over the pain....Ride for YOU!!!!
