Jab, Cross, Hook & Up

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11188)

Start with right shoulder towards front of the room.

Combo 1

Repeat leading left:

I cue:

Add on:

Combo 2

Repeat for a 32 count combo.

Class participants may do a power squat with the feet staying in contact with the floor if the jack-jabs get too intense.
