This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 11196)
Combo 1
Right leg lead
- Walk forward, 3 knees (4)
- Walk back, 3 knees (4)
- Chassee, ball change x2 (8)
- Jazz square, step double knee (8)
Repeat left leg lead
Combo 2 (right leg lead)
- Chassee (or stomp), step behind, then side (4)
- Grapevine left (4)
- Pivot turn, V-step, A-step, double side step (8)
- 4x Hamstring curls (turning if advanced) (8)
Repeat left leg lead
Combo 3 (right leg lead)
- 5 Count grapevine into double knee (8)
- 2x Double knee (touch foot in front between knees) (8)
- 2x Single knees forward, V-step (8)
- 2x Chasse back, A-step (8)
Repeat left leg lead
Once you've taught all 3 combos, split in half and teach
each one on one leg lead only going staight into next combo
on opposite leg.
