Kickboxing Cardio - Lunge Pattern

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 11212)

This is a combo pattern I use in my Aqua Kick Boxing class. It really gets the heart rate up. Cue the students while lunging side to side to turn (pivot) their whole body on the back foot.

Add on:
Facing forward, toe touches out wide, arms up in protective stance, when the students get the move down add punches crossing in front of the body hitting downward in the water. 8x

Repeat above lunges
Repeat toe touches wide with cross punches 8x

Add on:
Back lunges, with alternating front jabs. 8x

Repeat the whole sequence one or two times.
