Nancy's 16-count side kick combination

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11213)

Side kick left, back elbow strike left (called back, but in this case, the same side target gets hit), back punch left (again, left side target gets hit), and palm press right. So, it's three left moves, then one right.

After you've done this 8-count combination about 8 times, then alternate and start the side kick with the right leg.

Then, you can add 8 simple counts and alternate the following 16 count combination:

Then, just start these 16 counts with a right side kick. The front of the class will be the target location. You can vary the second 16 counts, but keep them simple, so the class isn't too busy thinking about what comes next and putting less energy into each move.
