This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11214)

Horizontal step, right lead, finished routine, most combos self-reversing

Repeat on left from V swoop, or go on:

Repeat on opposite leg from corner curls or go on:

You can break this one down further or add a power interval by repeating the lunges in all directions

Repeat on other lead, or go on to:
