Something old, something new.....

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 11220)

Combo 1

Repeat all of the above with left lead

Combo 2

Repeat on left lead starting with shuffle to left

Combo 3

Do this a few times "freezing" in the forward mambo position after a few sets, from here, do lots of sets of lunges, then repeat the sequence from the mambo on the left side. Great leg work. Lots of people moaning by the end. It's awesome!
