Ganey 4-Feel the BURN-

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11229)

I got some of these ideas from others on turnstep and added a few of my own. This class with an added warm-up takes approximately 1 hour to do. You will need: step, tiny band, weights

Combo 1

slightly modified "Heather's lower body blast" turnstep pattern 10951 added Jan 31,2002

Repeat all on the left foot

Hamstrings. You will need 2 sets of weights for this one.

Sonia's Fab abs turnstep pattern 10969 added 2-3-02, or any other quick and effective ab work

Make sure to stretch your class very good at the end of the workout. The extra hamstring work at the end was there to remind me to stretch those HAMS a lot during the stretching segment of class.
