I just realised that I haven't been posting since last October. It's about time I send you something new! So far, year 2002 has been wonderfull for me. I wrote 3 books on stability ball exercises in english and french and a company offered me to publish them all. Isn't it great! I will get the first copy of volume 1 (24 pages, over 40 exercices all illustrated in colour) next week and I am very excited...It's about time something good happens to me after 18 years. O.K. Let's stop taking about me. Here is my routine. It is a small one, very simple and fun. My participants just love it !

Seated position on the ball:

Swing hips***: It will be easier if you are on your toes. Lift your heels off floor and swing right (2)...swing left (2)...Make sure that your heels are aligned with your knees, not close to the ball.

Funky arms: Just lift your shoulders, keep elbows at waist and swing forearms to the right and to the left.
