Aqua Cardio

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 11243)

I have used so many ideas from eveyone, I thought it was high time to add one of my favorite aqua classes.

warm up= walking length of pool 3 times first forward then sidesteps then backwards.

cardio= each exercise done for 30 seconds each

Then repeat doing 9 first then 8,7,6,5,4,3,2 then 1

Walk the length of the pool again 3 times.

Repeat whole sequence if your class is advanced, should take you 25 to 30 minutes.
