Super Squats off Step !!!! Ouch!!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11253)

Hi everybody,
Here is a routine I throw in every now and again it leaves the class begging for mercy!!!

Can be done off step or on floor for beginners

1) Position step narrow end to the front

2) Stand on step in middle facing the front

Hope this comes in useful - you can alternate it simply by adding in more variations of stationary squats/lunges ie 3 down 1 up or adding in arms - side laterals/ shoulder raise etc
