Nanc's elbow strike combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11271)

Here we go: For those of you who are Kickforce-certified, this combo might be a bit easier to understand--

Forward elbow strike right and then quickly bring it right back--executing, then, a back right elbow strike, so that with both moves, a forward target gets hit. Then, add a left punch. Do this for awhile (it'll really work those posterior deltoid muscles). Then, add a right hook and a left hook. Then, after a few reps, change the left hook to a left forward block. So, the final combination goes like this:

And start it all over again. This just gives you a variation of those elbow strikes--making them speedier and combining both the forward and the back into a quick succession of movements. Later, after some lower body, you can throw some kicks into it by replacing the hook and the forward block with a round kick and a snap kick (or, really, any of the other kicks).
