Suggestions for the cool down blues

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 11276)

After some easy spinning to bring the heartrate of the members down... I like to dismount the bike. Use the seat for hamstrings, hold the handlebars to do hips stretches (cross one foot over and rest it on the opposite knee, and sit into a squat for this stretch) Stretching the hip flexors are extremely important after cycling... have the members do a runners' stretch, keeping their chin up, eyes straight ahead not looking down at their feet. Also do a calf stretch here raising up more in this position and pressing the heel into the floor. Getting off the bike I think will add a little more variety for you... Heck while you're at it see if they'll go for some push ups while you are down there on the floor.
