Sneaky Bobs

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11283)

This one is great! It's easy enough to really put some power into it!

Combo One:

Right foot forward - lead right

Repeat this entire combo leading left towards the back of the room. No breaks! Keep this one moving!

Combo Two:

*Hingekick: if leading right. Right knee hopping to a left front kick. This is a high impact move. For lower impact just take it to a right knee lift and a left front kick.
