Killer Squats (Resist-a-band)

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11287)

Hi it sure has been a long time... here is a quickie. I will add more in time again. This can be done at the end of a CKB class to calm down the heart rate for stretching or for Body Sculpting.

Killer squats (resistance band)
Using resistance band
Feet together on band, pulling handles up to the side




(Can go once more using a 1/3 count)





Rest period then go back at it again if you can.
