Magnificent Noodle Split Stretches

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 11291)

Here is a stretch sequence that I use at the end of class that everyone loves. Line the class up with their backs against the wall or lane markers.

I remind students to keep hips level (don't let right one lift up) AND to "TRUST YOUR NOODLE" which always gets a big laugh. Hold 30+ seconds and they should feel a lovely stretch in their hamstrings (right) and hip flexor (left)
