Burnin' Glutes

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11490)

Lying prone on the ball, bring hands to the floor in front of you and both feet on the ground. The ball should rest under your belly and hips. Keeping the neck lined with the spine, lift both feet off the ground and touch heels together at the top. Legs should stay as straight as possible throughout the entire movement. Students tend to bend knees at the top, but try and keep them straight. This is not only a great glute exercise, but works the spinal erectors as well! Hope you enjoy!
