This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 11520)

I did not start out wearing pink legwarmers so sometimes I feel a little behind in this biz, but I started out at the step xtra workshops and learned how to breakdown the modern way. I really love all of the workshops at 24 hour fitness and they are great because the start from the very basic move and then you build. If there is anyone new to teaching I highly suggest you take a few, it is easy to make something up when you know what moves lead change and how to brakdown. This is some stuff I must give credit to Joy at Alcon for but I changed it a little.

If you are new here is an idea, start simple then add direction. Single knees to double knees to single single double you built the first 8 count. Grapevine 4 with 4 V-steps, cut down to 2 grapes 2 V-steps for few times then add step touch. 2 Grapes-2 Vs-4 step touches for a while. Now you have got it built but you've got to go back and get that other lead, so single,single,double, anything for 32 counts then repeat from building the grape and V to adding step touch to the whole 16 count together-grapevine x2-V-step x2- step touch x4. You could break the single single double down if you wanted to again to burn time. Things you can do to add direction single,single,double anything to front of room, 2 grapes, 2 Vs, and step touch back x4. Another direction would be to the side wall. Single,single,double to side wall, grapevine x2 facing side wall, LISTEN!!! 1 V 1/4 turn face front, 1 regular V, step touch x4. I always try to add or change something on the 32 because it is more motivational and the members come to anticipate it because they know something new is coming.
