Nast spin work out

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11526)

One great spin class last night.
Warm up - Alice Cooper, Welcome to My Nightmare!!
Around 3-4 minutes in length. (I expect everyone to have been spinning easy for 5 minutes before I start the class.)

Main Set

1-2 minute break in between each one.

All music is done to oldies. Bruce Spingstein, Jane and Dean, Alice Cooper

Then I do 3 x 1 minute at 50 % resitance, 90% effort. One minute rest in between

Then 3 x 30 second sprints at %100, 60% resistance. One minute rest in between.

Then everyone dies. The class loves the hard work. Mix up the music, some classes are techno, some are top 40, some are oldies.

This is a typical spin class that I would teach.
