This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11533)

Start with about two minutes of walking lunges, then move onto the squat workout below.

This is an awesome butt, hamstring, inner thigh, and quad workout. I did it in my class on Monday and am still sore today (Wed). Have fun!
