This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11534)

I teach powerflex and legs and abs express workouts, I think every workshop I can attend will give me something. 24 hour workshops are exellent!!!! Powerflex music or something around those lines 3 to 1-1/2 ratio or so. Subbed this workout today in a gym that the people walk out on the subs on a regular basis but they really liked this one (no one left either, ha ha)
