Squat Drops

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11536)

Hi, this is my first time submitting, but have gotten some great moves from here

Squat drops use the bench and the power bands

Standing with you feet positioned facing out at the short end of the bench, place the band underneath your feet and hold the grips by your side (or if you feel comfortable bend your elbows so that the grips are close to your shoulders.) Now do 3 sets (of 8) of squats, at the end of the last set, hold down for a count of 8, then keeping your feet on the floor with the band still under your feet, drop your butt onto the edge of the bench and proceed to raise your feet (be careful the band is still in the grooves of your sneaker) as if you were going to proceed with outer thigh. I usually do about 10 sets of 8 pulses with the outer thigh. I do basically 4 series of this and by the end the entire class is screaming but it gets your whole lower body in two intense moves.
