Bring it On!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11551)

This is a 16-count combo, can do to front and back of room or to right and left wall.

Then turn over your right shoulder to do it in southpaw stance (left leg back) facing back of room.

* (I have my class "beckon" to their imaginary opponent here, like, "bring it on")

You can substitute a front kick or knee for the side kick if you have beginners! Happy butt-kickin'!
