KickChick Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11571)

I teach a cardio kickboxing class that uses gloves and heavy standing bags (wavemasters) to kick and punch. You can use this simple combo on a bag or without!

Left foot forward in a boxing stance.

You can then change the front kick to roundhouse kicks but be sure to tell class to pivot toes inward on the lunge to set up properly for the roundhouse kick!
