Nanc's 16-count combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11574)

We don't normally do 16 count combinations in my kick class (and never 32), but this one runs pretty smoothly. I start them off with the upper body, then move to the lower and then put them together.

Break these up, but then the final product will be: jab (right) - punch (left) - forward block (right) - duck (each only 1 count so they're quick), then bring the right elbow across the midline of the body and bring it back quickly and execute two back elbow strikes (still keeping the target in the front though so you would hit him on the right side of his head or across his face). The elbow strikes are 2 counts, so this makes a total of 8 counts. Then, go right back into the the jab-punch again and repeat several times. Then, the lower body 8-counts are pretty simple and go like this: knee strike (right) - knee strike (left) - front snap kick (right) - crescent kick (right). Note these two kicks are on the same leg. Now, if you would rather alternate the combination, by starting the next 16 counts with a left jab, then you can alternate those two kicks right and left. Understand? Hope that's not too confusing, but I just mean in order to start with a right jab again, you need to have both those kicks executed with the right leg. I suggest NOT alternating since this combination has so much going on it. And again, break it up.

Let me know if you have any questions!!
