Bigs and Littles

Hi All! I just did this on the fly in one of my classes the
other day. Thank you all for your submissions. Hope you can
use it!
Pick some moves (kick forward, pendulum, kick back,
cross-country ski, jacks, ankles touches in front/back,
etc.)
Example: Forward kicks
- Regular pace kicks 30 seconds - I tell them to find their
own pace, but make it challenging!
- BIG and SLOOOW kicks 30 seconds - Big jumps, big kicks,
but slow it down
- Little and fast kicks 30 seconds - I say DOUBLE TIME! or
something like that
My class loved it and it can take a pretty big chunk of
cardio depending on how many moves you pick.
