Bigs and Littles

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11578)

Hi All! I just did this on the fly in one of my classes the other day. Thank you all for your submissions. Hope you can use it!

Pick some moves (kick forward, pendulum, kick back, cross-country ski, jacks, ankles touches in front/back, etc.)

Example: Forward kicks

My class loved it and it can take a pretty big chunk of cardio depending on how many moves you pick.
