More shaking legs

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11604)

Just a quick one today: inspired by an already submitted pattern called "Shaking legs"

Use a bench, let the participants step on the benches and find the squat position there, toes facing forward, arm on hips first for balance, stick butt out to the back, watch knees- they are not to go forward.

Now do regular squats for a while, even with weights on hips if you like, then add a side leg lift with one leg- cue like this: squat down- up- side right- do only right side and then add arms- on the squat arms open (chest height)- on "up" from squat arms go down- on side leg lift arm open-hip height- on down the arms close to first position. Then repeat left or do some more sqats in between to switch sides.

If you do one-legged knee-bends afterwards your legs will really be shaking! (step down from bench with one foot-bend legs like you would perform a lunge but do it close to the bench so it is more a knee-bend and you will feel it in the upper leg more than the lower)
