Kick sum butt!!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11613)

I teach it like this. Kick to the top, punch at the top. Don't add your side kicks yet just do six jacks instead of four. When you feel comfortable kick to the top, punch at the top, add those side kicks and four jacks back. Everyone this is the greatest site of all times!!!
