Kick Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11614)

I've taught kickboxing for a few years and the gals seem to love this's an "add-on" technique...

Start with right knee, back left tap (repeat a few times)

Now add two front right kicks after the right knee, then the left back tap the move is this....right knee, right front kick, right front kick, back left tap (we're really working the right leg here!)

NOW instead of the 2nd right front kick, add a "HIGH" kick, so the 8 count move becomes: 1 right knee, 1 right front kick, 1 right HIGH kick (with air here) and 1 back left tap....I do this high impact move about 8 times before switching to the other side!
