Combo 1
- (1-6) Step up, up (facing side), lunge right leg to
side and exit back to the front
- (7-12) Step up, up, lunge left leg to side and exit
back to front
- (13-16) Hamstring curl
- (17-24) 1/2 Rocking horse and 2 lunges backwards
(option: spotty dog)
- (25-32) 1/2 Rocking horse and 2 side lunges (option:
jack)
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Basic step (finish on the left side of your step
facing the right side)
- (5-12) Gluteal lift x2
- (13-16) Basic step (finish facing the front)
- (17-26) 4 Knee repeater
- (27-32) Step up, up, jack and exit
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-4) March (or jog) on top of the step
- (5-10) Double inner thigh lift starting from the top of
step
- (11-16) Double inner thigh lift starting from the floor as
normal
- (17-24) A-step x2
- (25-32) Cha cha cha and basic step
Repeat other side
Combo 4 - LOVE combo
- (1-8) L-step
- (9-16) O - Walk or jog around the step
- (17-20) V-step
- (21-32) E - Outer thigh lift x3 (1st one is at the far
left of step facing left side, 2nd is in the middle of the
step facing right side, 3rd is at the far right of the
step facing the left side)
