- (25-32) Repeater knee
Repeat Combo 1 on other side
Repeat Transition 1
Combo 2
- (1-16) Turnstep x4 (option: round the world)
- (17-20) Hamstring curl x2 on top of step
- (21-24) Hamstring curl x2 on floor
- (25-32) Basic step x2
Transition 2
- (1-16) Hamstring curl x4 (facing front)
