Combo 1
- (1-8) Squat curl travelling forwards
- (9-12) Grapevine right
- (13-16) Grapevine facing left side travelling to back
of room
- (17-20) Double kick right leg to side (still facing left
side)
- (21-24) Double kick left leg to side (turning to face
right side of room)
- (25-32) Calf raise x4 (turning to face front again)
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Grapevine finishing with a cha cha cha
- (5-10) Kick to front x3 (alternating legs)
- (11-16) Knee lift (same knee) x3 (option: lift right knee,
put right heel on floor, lift right knee, lunge right
leg backwards, lift right knee and place down)
- (17-32) Jack out, in, out (and hold), in, out, in (and
hold) x2
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Step touch (option: pony) forwards to corner
- (9-16) March (or jog) backwards x6 and jack
- (17-24) Inner thigh lift x4
