This is a

www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 11627)
Easier option or breakdown on
parenthesis() explantions[]
Combo 1
- Revolving door right lead (2 basics right)
- Tic-toc (3 side leg repeater)
- Revolving door left lead (2 basics left)
- Tic-toc (3 side leg repeater)
- 2 Alternating hamcurls
- Reverse turn into straddle-cha cha cha back (3 repeater
hamcurl)
- Step kick lunge back-shuffle x4-mambo cha cha cha-mambo
cha cha cha (kick lunge kick turn-kick lunge kick turn)
Repeat from revolving door opposite lead
Combo 2
- 1 Basic right
- 1 Knee lift
- 2 Repeater knee lift 4 hops on floor turning out 360
degrees (2 alternating knees) 1 Basic left
- 1 Knee lift
- 2 Repeater knee lift 4 hops on floor turning out 360
degrees (2 alternating knees)
- L-step (up knee, down to side heel on step) across the
length 3 times*
- Finish off the L (knee lift back behind the step where you
started)
- 3 Alternating superman (glute-rear leg raise)**
Repeat from 1 basic opposite lead
Combo 3
- Split lunge right lead (up,up lunge back right/left
down,down)
- 2 Repeater knee run run on top step down, down (3
repeater knee)
- Split lunge left lead
- 2 Repeater knee run run on top step down, down (3
repeater knee)
- 2 Turnstep ballchange (ballchange eliminates the tap)
- ***Turnstep 270 degrees into double pulse squat 1 leg
on step 1 leg on floor
- Push over the top and double pulse squat opposite side
- Push back over the top double pulse squat home side
- Push over and 3 alternating side taps front, back, front
down down behind step
Repeat from split lunge opposite lead
*Intensity can be taken up here by going across the top as
many times as your class can cope with then just do 4 more
on the next phrase of the music to get back on the 32 count
**Again you can keep the superman going as many times as
you wish in multiples of 8
***This was the hardest to explain when you have done your
normal turnstep keep turning but finish facing the side
wall. Once again you can keep the pulse squats going until they
are moaning and then do 6 more to get back on the phrase.
Hope it's not too confusing.
