This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11643)

Combo One:

Parallel stance (toes pointing forward):

**Broken down as "walk walk walk kick front - walk back back back kick side". Leading right, your front kick will be a left kick and the side kick will be a right side kick.

Reverse the whole thing leading left; repeat.

Combo Two:

Reverse and lead left, wash, rinse and repeat

Combo Three:

Reverse to lead left, repeat repeat repeat
