This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

Combo One:
Parallel stance (toes pointing forward):
- Jab/jab/jab (right) - power (left) } x2 (8)
- Squat-sidekick (right) squat-sidekick (right) (8)
- Walk up (lead right) - front kick (left) ** (4)
- Walk back (lead left) - side kick (right)** (4)
- Cut (right)- cut (left) - jack-jack (8)
**Broken down as "walk walk walk kick front - walk back
back back kick side". Leading right, your front kick will be
a left kick and the side kick will be a right side kick.
Reverse the whole thing leading left; repeat.
Combo Two:
- Wide squats traveling right x2 (8)
- Bob & weave x4 (8)
- Alternating cut (to tempo) (8)
- Knee (right) x4 (8)
Reverse and lead left, wash, rinse and repeat
Combo Three:
- Shuffle right - jab/cut/jab/cut (right jabs and left
cuts) (8)
- Squat kick right - squat kick left (8)
Reverse to lead left, repeat repeat repeat
