Push-up Rotations

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11644)

Hi everyone! This method of doing push-ups challenges the class to do more pushups than they normally would have and keeps things interesting.

*The number of people in the circle=the number of pushups completed x10 (7 people=70 pushups per person)

*Always cue proper form (abs tight, shoulders down, etc) and to work at their own pace and ability level
