"Two Good"

This is a Double Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11650)

This is my first listing on turnstep but I wanted to contribute back! I call this routine "Two Good" because the whole entire class is done by drills in two minutes. Let me explain a little further..

First 5 minutes of class is always warmup. Seated running against light resistance. Standing runs (adding a little more resistance) etc. Then the rest of the class is divided into two minute segments, using various resistance. I usually give about a minute or 30 second recovery in between each drill depending on how hard.

The two minute drills are as follows: seated run, standing run, seated climb, standing climb, jumps, sprints etc.
