Make 'em Sweat
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 11652)
This is an EASY combo - but REALLY gets 'em sweating!! The
step is horizontal and all combos are self-reversing. All of
them are 32 counts except for the last one - it is 48 (6 eight
counts). I hope you like it. Email me with any comments or

Part 1
- Single knee to the side and grapevine away (6 counts)
- Grapevine back and cross over step long ways
- 1/2 Pivot on the floor (now you are facing the back
of the room)
- Step touch X2 in a V formation to end up back at home
- One mambo and repeater ham curls to change lead
The whole combo is 32 counts and self-reversing
Part 2
- 4 Charleston kicks
- I-step (**but do 3 jacks on top and 3 on bottom)
Part 3
- Single knee to the side with a double tap tap on the
floor (8 counts and you'll exit at W side)
- Cross over long ways X3 (no tapping for more difficulty)
- Stomp X2 moving around to the front of bench
- Cross over to home and reverse turn
Part 4
- **Sailor Pivot
- Mambo cha cha cha X 2 (brings you back to the step) 8
counts
- Stomp the bench for six counts ending on top then go
immediately into a double knee with the opposite leg -
exit at home
- One turnstep to change lead and repeat
**Sailor Pivot -- step up right left as normal, step out
wide right, left on top of the step, step back in right (still
on top), then bring the left knee up and pivot turn on top -
exit on the opposite side (north side of step). It also changes
the lead.
Part 5
- 5 Knee repeater then alternate to other side for 1 knee
- Indecision X2
- Pivot straddle X2 (you end in a straddle)
- Up, up (right left) onto top of step then double lunge
(with right leg) and exit on North side of step
Part 6
- 3*2*1 Lunges ***
- Upstairs, downstairs and jack for 2
- Double step touch right, double step touch left moving
back to south side of step at home
**3,2,1 Lunges -- step up right left as normal, then lunge
the right leg 3 times, switch and lunge the left leg 2 times,
switch and lunge the right leg one time and exit (16 counts
total)
**Upstairs downstairs -- just up, up as normal and down,
down in the front of the step (north side)
