Make 'em Sweat

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 11652)

This is an EASY combo - but REALLY gets 'em sweating!! The step is horizontal and all combos are self-reversing. All of them are 32 counts except for the last one - it is 48 (6 eight counts). I hope you like it. Email me with any comments or questions. My email changed though, see below.

**Sailor Pivot -- step up right left as normal, step out wide right, left on top of the step, step back in right (still on top), then bring the left knee up and pivot turn on top - exit on the opposite side (north side of step). It also changes the lead.

Part 6

**3,2,1 Lunges -- step up right left as normal, then lunge the right leg 3 times, switch and lunge the left leg 2 times, switch and lunge the right leg one time and exit (16 counts total)

**Upstairs downstairs -- just up, up as normal and down, down in the front of the step (north side)
