This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12381)

Combo 1:

Start with the right shoulder to the front of the room (you are facing the west wall)...

Repeat combo on the RIGHT SIDE (to the west wall) while facing the back of room ... After the quarter turn you will be facing the east wall with your left shoulder to the front of the room ... Now repeat the combo on the LEFT SIDE starting with the left jabs ...

Combo 2:

Repeat combo on the left

Combo 3:

Combo 4:

To REALLY get the heartrate up (I do this right before the water break)
