Aerobic Intervals No.1

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12387)

There are a lot of queries about Interval classes so this is the one I'm doing at the moment, this is my first submission.

Combo 1 - Warm up

Repeat everything again on the left side

Combo 2 (Hi/lo)

Repeat left side

Combo 3 (weights) shoulder raises

Combo 4(Hi/lo)


Combo 5 (weights) lateral raise

Combo 6: Tricep kickbacks

Combo 7 (Hi/Lo)

Combo 8: Bicep curls and hammer curls

Combo 9 (Last blast)

Repeat to all walls.

We usually do some press ups and finish off with abdominal work. Hope this helps someone.
