Oh My God!!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12406)

Hi, I love this site, and as you all probably do, I tweak YOUR ideas into my ideas and usually come up more than satisfied!! This is a simple combo, but the connection of the two sets makes it a heart pumper!

Combo One:

Jab, cross, hook, uppercut, (right, left, right, left.)

Combo Two:

Duck (squat,) Duck

Combo Three:

All togeher, jab, cross. hook, uppercut, duck, duck.

Combo Four:

Squat, front kick right, squat, front kick left. Alternate with your imagination and the different kicks to bring you to face the other side and repeat. When they have mastered the squats, tell them to touch the floor while squatting, a good challenge!!! It really is a basic move but everywhere I teach I use it and people are usually good and worked at the end of it! So the total combo is 1-4 all together!
